Materials

We normally use PETEX ( polyesther) as the monofilament.

The upper part - the cylindric part-and the end of the planktonnet is made of strong beaver Nylon/cotton.

The net bag is made of monofilament and is resistant to most chemicals

The net ring is made of stainless steel

The top plasticrings teste.

The rope at the top of the net is nylon, and very strong.

The line rope is cotton, as that is the best to work with, when fingers are wet and cold

All seems are external to prevent algae to remain inside the net, so the net is easy to rinse.

And do remember to rinse your net in tap water! That way your net will last for severel years!
